Returns and Complaints

Basic information

  1. Prepare the products for return - preferably in the original carton you received from us.
  2. Secure the returned product and place it in the carton along with the completed and signed Return Form.
  3. Fill out the form (you can find it HERE), print it out and sign it. NOTE! Do not forget to place the form in the package.
  4. Please send the prepared package to us.

  6. The cost of return is covered by you.

  8. You will receive a refund within a maximum of 14 working days after we verify the package received from you.

Attention

  1. If you are sending back the package in the original carton you received from us, be sure to remove the old shipping label. Seal the package carefully.

  2. If you are returning more than one product from different orders, place all the products in a single package. Remember to write all the order numbers of the returned products in the form.

  3. Depending on what form of payment you have chosen, you will receive a refund via the same route. If you paid for the order by traditional transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account you indicated in the Return Form. If you paid through online payment, PayPal, Revolut or with a special voucher, the money will be refunded through these services.
