Hydrolysed fish collagen, methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSMⓇ), glucosamine sulphate KCl of shellfish, rhubarb-strawberry flavour, acidity regulator: citric acid, l-ascorbic acid, bamboo shoot extract, sodium borate, standardised Grape Seed extract (source of OPCs), pagoda tree extract (source of rutoside), maltodextrin, sodium hyaluronate, nicotinic acid, manganese gluconate, sucralose, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, copper gluconate (II), chromium picolinate, L-selenomethionine, potassium iodide.
1 sachet per day for many months. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water and drink.
