No. The gift card can only be used in the Visanto.care shop.

1. How do I use the gift card?
   In the last step of the shopping process after you click on PLACE ORDER, you will find the "Enter discount code" section. After clicking on this, a field will appear in which you enter the gift card code.
2. Can I also use the gift card to pay for delivery?
   Yes. Using the card covers the cost of the products and any delivery charges.
3. Can I use the gift card to pay for another gift card?
   No. You cannot use the gift card to buy another gift card.
4. Can the funds on the gift card be exchanged for cash?
   No. Gift card funds cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Can I use more than one gift card when placing an order?
   Yes. You can use more than one gift card when placing an order.
6. How will I receive a refund if I return my order?
   If you return your order paid for with gift card funds, the funds will be returned to the gift card. It is not possible to return gift card funds as cash.
7. How can I check how much money is left on the card?
   Write to us at: contact@visanto.com stating only the last 4 characters of the gift card in the body.

General terms and conditions applicable to the gift cards Visanto.care

1. Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the website ukryteterapie.eu, products sold by Lifepack Vit s.r.o.
2. Gift Cards can be redeemed within 1 (one) year after purchase. It is not possible to exchange the Gift Card for cash. Cash withdrawal or return in case of loss of the card is not possible.
3. The maximum value of one Gift Card is EUR 500. Multiple Gift Cards can be redeemed in a single purchase. 
4. The gift card does not have to be used in full. The value of the shopping cart can be equal to, less than or greater than the value of the gift card. If the value of the order is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance of the card will be available for use in another order. The amount above the value of the gift card must be paid by one of the available payment methods.
5. The gift card is activated as soon as it is received.
6. Gift cards cannot be settled retroactively within an order. Use of the gift card is only possible when placing an order. It is not possible to use the card after an order paid by another payment method has been placed. It is not possible to convert another payment method into a gift card once an order has been placed.
